ECS Project Portfolio

AI Integration | Technology | Business Solutions

During my internship with Enilram Creative Solutions, I had the opportunity to use AI in a professional setting and work on projects that challenged me to think creatively and solve problems. This portfolio highlights two of the projects that stood out to me the most and what I learned from creating them.

My Best ECS Projects

The two projects I chose to highlight are my Women's Small Business Month AI video and an ECS Insights client spotlight. I chose these projects because they allowed me to use technology and AI in different ways while creating work for a professional setting.

Project 01

Women's Small Business Month AI Video

Project Overview

This project gave me the opportunity to experiment with AI video creation. Creating an AI-generated video was new to me, so I had to learn how to communicate what I wanted through prompts and make changes when the results were not what I expected.

My Role

I created a short promotional video for Women's Small Business Month to build interest and encourage people to stay connected with ECS. I also wrote the social media caption and prepared the final version for posting.

Prompt

September is almost here, and so is something big for women entrepreneurs. Stay connected to ECS because we have something exciting coming just for you.

Process

I learned that creating content with AI was not always a one-step process. I had to review what the AI generated, identify what I wanted to change, and adjust my instructions to improve the final result.

After Canva generated the first version, I reviewed the visuals, timing, and message. I changed parts of the video where something did not look right, shortened moments that felt too long, made sure the ending was not cut off, and confirmed the message was clear before finalizing it for ECS social media.

Key Learning

This project helped me become more comfortable experimenting with new AI tools. It also showed me that getting a useful result from AI often requires testing, reviewing, and improving the instructions I give it.

Project 02

ECS Insights™ Client Spotlight — Arnisha T. Johnson

Project Overview

This project involved creating a professional spotlight for Arnisha T. Johnson, CEO of Manifesting On More. The finished spotlight presents information about her work, key insights, a takeaway, a quote, and ways for readers to connect with her.

My Role

I created a slide to showcase Arnisha T. Johnson and her work as CEO of Manifesting On More.

Process

I had to think about how the information would be presented so that the final spotlight was clear, professional, and easy to read. Since this work represented a real person and was being created for a professional setting, I also had to pay attention to the purpose and audience of the final product.

Key Learning

This project taught me to pay more attention to the audience and purpose behind my work. It also gave me experience creating something that could be used in a real professional setting.

What I Learned

Before my ECS internship, I mainly used AI for school assignments, brainstorming, and understanding different topics. During my internship, I became more comfortable using AI for professional projects.

One of the biggest things I learned was that the first AI response is not always the best one. Giving clear instructions, reviewing the result, and making changes can make a major difference in the final product.

I also learned that AI should support my work instead of replacing my own thinking. I still need to review the results, make decisions, and use my own judgment when deciding what should actually be used.

Looking Forward

In the future, I want to pursue a career as a Systems Analyst. My ECS experience helped me become more comfortable working with AI and showed me how I can continue using these skills in my future career.
